Outback Omega 200 BBQ plus accessories (Stanford in the Vale SN7) Working BBQ with gas cannister with some (unknown amount) of gas left in it. Outback is a great brand because you can buy all the parts. Lots of accessories including BBQ wok, sausage cooker, tongs. It's kept in the garden so could use a good clean and maybe a touch of paint here and there but it works well.

Lots of gravel, help yourself (Wellesbourne, CV35) Approximately 300-400kgs of gravel is available if anyone wants some. Typical stones around 1-3cm, some larger some smaller. This has been seived, but may contain small sticks and some dirt. Would advise to bring a wheelbarrow, bag and shovel etc. as it's in the back garden.

small jars (Kidlington OX5) About 20 small jars - may be useful to you for preserves. Washed and clean. Mostly bought for PESTO and CONCENTRATED tomato content. All have lids. Also a few with interesting shapes. Collect from KIDLINGTON David 07833938411
