Really solid, no wobbling spindles or base of the chair. Structure is excellent but as you can see in the pictures, they probably should be either painted or refinished. One of the chairs was started to be refinished but my dad died and never got to finish them. Unfortunately, I cannot use them. Great project for the winter.

J. & C. Fischer Cabinet Grand piano. 61"wide, 57" high, 26" deep and heavy, so heavy, man is this thing heavy. Seriously, you will need professional piano movers. Two guys and a truck will NOT be enough. Piano plays pretty well but needs tuning. Not sure how old it is but we were told it used to be in the Louisville Inn (unverified).

Glass doors swing open like a garage door (top door is open in photo, bottom door is closed). 32 1/2" W x 31" T x 11.5" D Has 4 “feet” which are removed (in the plastic bag visible on top shelf) but included. One of the holes where the foot inserts is damaged so you could either repair it or shim the cabinet so it’s stable.
