Wall-mounted extractor fan, Hotpoint (Upton CH2)
Hotpoint extractor fan with glass top, including wall fitting mount and instruction book. Model number PHGC6.5FABX. Diameter of ducting- instructions suggest it would be compatible with 120mm, 125mm and 150mm. Can vent through ceiling or rear wall. Metal upstanding piece can extend for higher ceilings. Dimensions: glass width 60cm, depth 45cm. Total height minimum 60cm, maximum 112cm. We had a UK three-pin plug attached, which was plugged into a normal wall socket, but there is no plug on at the moment.

Small shed (Upton CH2)
Small blue shed. Including hinges, screws, etc, for putting it back together. Some slats would benefit from re-fixing. The base piece has been a bit damaged, so it might be better to replace that, but it is included so the size/construction is obvious. Comprises back wall and two side walls, with front section made up of a door and a narrow wall panel. Roof is still in one piece. Dimensions (approx): base is 87cm wide by 61cm deep. Height is 190 to apex of roof. Door is 57cm wide by 146cm high. Roof is wider than base, so full width where roof overhangs is 95cm.

We’ve had these replaced as they were too bright for us and our wiring was rubbish so there were two out of these 20 that were flashing. We’re not sure if the flashing was due to the wiring or an issue with the bulb itself but the rest were perfectly functional so am wondering if anyone can use them.

I downsized from a range cooker to a normal size one and now have an ugly space. I just need a cupboard 60cm x 60cm to fill the gap. It doesn't need to match as I'll upcycle it and make it a bit unique anyway. It don't mind if it's a cupboard or drawers. Will collect. Thank you.

Anyone still using those lovely crystal-clear halogen lightbulbs? We have 17 that are surplus to requirements - specifically: 3 x 28W, 3 x 35W, 8 x 40W and 3 x 50W. It would be a shame to consign them to landfill if someone can use them. Take one, take a few, take them all.
