Sofa bed (Epsom KT17)
A sofa bed with foam very comfy cushions and a firm mattress on slats and webbing at the feet. There’s no rolling into the middle on this mattress that has hardly been used at all. It’s very easy to unfold the bed and for most of it I can use one hand. There are arm caps included which are pretty invisible and two same fabric cushions for each side. There are a couple of stains on the seat but both seat cushions have a clean side. The decorative cushions are not included. It needs to be removed asap or it will have to go to the dump which would be a tragedy. I’m listing it in all areas to try and rescue it. I have lots of video which I couldn’t post so please message me if you’d like to see more.

Grey / patterned as in pictures. Slightly yellowed lining and some fading to curtains BUT we have not tried to clean/stain remove or clean in the sun. The stains may be able to be washed out! Each curtain has silver eyelets and is 168cm (width) X 183 cm (drop).
