Tile on a roll, one 10m unopened roll plus a short length leftover. This is wallpaper and NOT self adhesive film. I used it as a long term temporary worktop splashback and it looked good and was easy to wipe over.

Large striped (greys and naturals) armchair. At a pinch can seat two people. Size 95cm tall x 150cm wide x 75cm deep. Could benefit with a new seat cover as unfortunately I had to patch a small hole (as shown in picture). Raised wooden block feet. Pet and smoke free home. Excellent condition. All padding still plump and sound. Collection only. Very heavy.

Two pink cushions. Cushion covers only. No pads. New condition, 2 months old from NEXT, about 45 x 45. I use a slightly, bigger cushion pad to puff the cushion up, if that makes sense. Velvet type material with dark pink trim. Changed decor so these are no longer needed. Used in bedroom so they just sat on the bed. Collection Bexhill Old Town area.
