Rattan loveseat (West Seattle Admiral)
Wool tweed upholstered loveseat with rattan arms and down back cushions. Recently reupholstered and ready for its next home. 4’ long (too short for an adult to sleep comfortably on). Rattan arms are painted in black gloss, and are currently detached for easy transport. There are also some horizontal trim pieces that can be reattached (I opted to leave them off after I reupholstered it). This should go to someone who actually wants to enjoy this item in their home (and not for someone to turn around and sell). I am in Admiral neighborhood in West Seattle. Sorry, I’m unable to deliver.

This chair is a few years old. It still functions very well, and it is very comfortable. Only issues are that there is some dog hair on the cushion (which can be removed with a little effort) and one of the arm rest cushions is ripped (see close-up photo). Otherwise the chair is in very good condition. I am leaving it on my front porch (416 22nd Avenue, off of Jefferson). First come, first served. I will remove this add when I see that it has been taken.

Microwave - Been used so not fully pretty in the back panel, but the large capacity was great and if fix current problem (maybe just a door latch replacement) then works great. - Kenmore, 1500W, large size, rotating glass plate, metal shelf for when use convection, multiple cooking options. Picture of the front has grey cord wrapped in door handle (don't confuse for something else). Needs repair. Maybe a handy person can do on their own; not sure what's wrong but might just be a door latch problem. Have original paper manual.
