Futon Frame (no mattress) (West Hurley) Futon frame is in good shape do a full size bed for sleeping but does not fold up to couch. Also some side is missing a leg so needs to be propped up. See photo. It’s pretty heavy. Requires two strong people to carry down stairs and to vehicle. I unfortunately cannot physically help.

Black suede leather (South Hill) These boots are not fit for wear, as the inside lining has deteriorated into a crumbly black matter. I thought that someone needing a large, contiguous piece of leather could cut them from these boots. Preference given to earliest pick up.
