You must have some help (as I have an injured arm and cannot help load it, or I normally would help) to carry and load/remove. Comfortable red leather sofa in very good condition. No scratches, no major damage, in very good shape and very comfortable. Need it gone ASAP. - We want it to go to a home where someone really needs a new couch and can appreciate the condition and will take care of it. - Do not want to give it to someone who has cats or dogs who will trash it. - Do not want to give it to someone who will re-sell it to make a profit. - Will gift it to an honest person who needs a new couch and who appreciates its beautiful red color. -Will gift it to someone who can get some help to take it down a single flight of stairs and load it in a truck and remove ASAP.
