Large roasting tin with lid. Can be used in 2 parts or with lid on Metal, I think the coating is enamel as it's not a none stick type surface but is very hard wearing. I reckon it's 20+ years old as I've had it since 2012 and it was handed down then. Would fit a small turkey - I last cooked a whole duck in it a couple of weeks ago.
