There is also an additional round support board included to help do swivel exercises and to support you when doing scissor kicks, crunches, bridge exercises, forearm and bicep workouts, sit ups, push ups and ab toning exercises. The board can be used to sit on / kneel on. The equipment is compact and folds up to slide into a small space.
