Folding Dining, Versatile Dinner Table with 6 Wheels and 2 Storage Racks, 31.5 in x 51.2 in x 28.4 in. This piece of furniture has been onstage in a play, so some of the bracing have been re-inforced with screws that stick out a little (on the inside of the shelves) and the original wheels have been replaced with better wheels. When folded, it is about 8 inches wide.

Traditional Chinese Landscape Art
This is a traditional-style Chinese ink-on-paper landscape, in a 4 foot x 6 foot frame. It needs some repair, as seen in the picture. The piece is not an antique but was "tourist art" from the 1970's, done with traditional materials in the traditional style. Pickup in in Boyds, Maryland - near Germantown, Maryland The frame does not bend or fold, so you would need a vehicle that can accommodate a four-foot-wide object - a truck, probably a minivan, maybe a large SUV. (Please measure your vehicle to see if it will fit). Thank you.

Culligan D-40A filter cartridge (Crestwood, NW DC)
This is unwrapped but essentially unused: I installed it in our Culligan under sink water filter (model US-600A) but then the casing was leaking when I turned the water back on. I probably just needed a new O-ring, but the old one *seemed* fine so I tried tightening the casing more… and overdid it enough to fracture the casing threads. So had to get a whole new filter and went with a different model. Happy for this $50 cartridge to be used and not go to waste.

Frame is fine but you may want to replace 1 or 2 of the plywood shelves for aesthetics, although they are sturdy. I’m putting this out on the curb as soon as the rain stops, most likely Friday.
