I'm setting up a home office in my outhouse as I'm about to become a middle-aged student. If anyone is getting rid of a comfy office chair (preferably black) or a mini fridge, I'd be happy to rehome them and put them to good use. A second-hand blue office chair with wheels. Already worn when I got it, then further use and I have a cat. It's actually quite comfortable. Good if you don't mind the cosmetic damage or it would be ideal for a simple reupholstery project. The mechanism all work fine, the wheels are a bit stiff on thick carpet. Happy to include the little cushion.

Upcycled Fold-Down Desk / Storage Shelf Unit (Letham DD8)
Basic upcycle project. It’s a simple low shelving unit modified with a wooden top panel attached on hinges to create a fold-down. When the panel is up technically it stands on its own but as it can be risky I put a screw eye hook to tie it to something but never had to use it, I just put those two bookends that I can include. Basic DIY job, but functional if you need a compact workspace.

IKEA Lycksele Double Sofa Bed Frame & Mattress (Letham DD8)
I got it second-hand a few years ago. The metal fold-out frame works well. The feet are a bit worn out. The mattress was stained/discoloured already on one side when I got it, but it is dry and clean - just cosmetic water/age marking. It's not in perfect conditions as you can see but it served me well and I think it has many more years still as a basic/emergency sofa that turns into a huge single bed or small double bed. I honestly think it's a bit of a waste to just throw it away but I'm moving and I can't take it with me. You can throw a blanket on it as I've been doing or buy the official slipcover at Ikea
