I am looking for any old computers from 1970s 80s and 90s. Having now retired I enjoy repairing and restoring them as a hobby. I do not resell any after getting them going. I add them to my collection and use them. These old machines need to be kept working! Some of the makes I am looking for are> IBM Radio Shack Commadore Acorn Sinclair Sharp Atari Amstrad Apple Nascom And many more. If you have any I could have please let me know. My mum is Portuguese, fell at the airport, and broke her femur. Had surgery at Luton & Dunstable and she is going to stay at a friend's house, in Chorleywood, for a couple of weeks, before she gets "fit to fly" back home, to Portugal. We would be very grateful if someone could lend us a zimmer frame and a microwave for the time she will have to stay recuperating. I can collect anywhere within 20 miles or so.
