We have much too much mulch! About 10 cubic yards, to be exact. Please come take some. The mulch varies in chip size but is good-quality dark wood. You can back your vehicle into the driveway right up against the mulch pile for easy loading. We will leave out a plastic bin and a shovel for you to use to load the mulch into your vehicle, but please do not take our bin or shovel with you. You are welcome to as much mulch as you like; we have already used what we need. Please don't knock on the door or bother the tenants. Just enjoy your mulch :)

Well-loved small bookcase from Target looking for a new home. The shelves can be moved up and down with the integrated pegboard system. Great for a small space. The shelves are a bit bent due to their age but still good enough to hold a full set of books/decor. Chips in the veneer and warping of the back cardboard panel can be seen in the attached photos. Overall dimensions 24.75” x 11.5” x 41.5”

Used in good functioning condition. The rubber boot (silicone seal) is relatively new and needs to be reinstalled by a professional or someone with proper tools and skills. Been outside for a couple weeks so needs to be cleaned on the outside. 28” deep x 27” wide x 36” tall. We had dryer on top of washer, but could be side by side if desired.

So we offer them up to anyone that can use them.
