Very cute modern fabric chair for a young child by Monte. Its very expensive new almost $200. This one does have a decent amount of stains- some of which I have not gotten off on the wash. But the fabric does come off so you can wash it. Pick up when I can sneak it out of the house without my toddler seeing 🤣

Hi all, cleaned out a cd book and offering a big stack of caseless cd's. some are factory / some are burned its a mixed bag and must take all some of the titles are pictured but its a genre mix - iron maiden, pink floyd, outcast, radiohead, etc.. Pick up is Tuesday - Wednesday- between 10am - 5pm No late evenings, Thursday / Friday or weekend pick ups. all communication is done through the site Pick up location is next to Nature Republic (Korean Skin care store) - on corner of 35th and 5th avenue. Dual propane and charcoal Char-Griller Duo grill, used but in good working shape. Includes propane grill side, charcoal grill side, side burner, and added offset smoker box for smoking. I bought it new and have used it for regular grilling and smoking. It does need some TLC and a good cleaning, mostly grease/ash buildup and some surface rust from normal outdoor use, but the main body, grates, handles, wheels, side burner, and smoker attachment are intact. Great for someone who wants a solid project grill, smoker setup, or backyard cooker. Pickup only. It is large and heavy, so please bring help and a vehicle/truck that can fit it. Free as-is.

We have three couch seat cushions that are filled with feathers that are nearly unused and in new condition. Not long after we got the couch we decided we needed firmer cushions got foam seat cushions from the manufacturer. These have been stored in plastic in our attic since then. These are not upholstered, but are the inserts. Thinking that maybe the feathers can be useful to someone or possibly even the full cushions themselves.
