This is a standard two-cushion sofa upholstered in a neutral tan/beige textured fabric. It is a solid, comfortable piece that would be perfect for a basement, a first apartment, or a dorm. Condition: Used. There are some visible surface stains on the cushions and backrest (as seen in the photo), but it is structurally sound with no major rips or tears. A quick steam clean or a sofa cover would make it look like new! Must be able to pick up. Need it gone ASAP!

These are natural-fiber and non-toxic infant and toddler clothes, as well as various items required in the state of Michigan if fostering kids (outlet covers, fire escape, safety gate). Also have cotton flannel crib sheets and cotton crib quilt. Our hope is to get all of these to the same household in order to help support foster kids and foster parents (or adoptive parents!), but may be willing to split up items if needed. Have more items than are pictured, and happy to share the photos that couldn't fit here upon request! I will wait at least 24 hours before responding to any messages. Contactless pick-up from non-toxic, fragrance-free, pet-free, COVID-cautious household available starting December 29th.

Solid wood, pedals and lots of buttons. It's been in my family for years and has seen very little use. I believe there is a short in the power switch but I haven't had the ambition to fix it (I don't play). Other than that it's in really good shape! It's heavy, so bring a helper and a pickup truck.
