Windfall apples available for animal feed, chickens, pigs, livestock treats, or compost. These are ground drops with insect holes, bird pecks, and bruising, so they are strictly not for human eating or baking. The trees received a dormant lime spray in previous years but have not been sprayed at all this season, making them great for farm animals. There are three large 27-gallon / 102L heavy-duty storage bins full of apples ready to go, and preference goes to whoever can take all three bins' worth at once. Everything must be picked up this weekend by Sunday evening at the latest. Driveway pickup. You will need to bring your own bins, boxes, or feed bags to transfer them into as the storage totes are not included. Preferably all taken by one person.

Wanted: iPad — Belleville/Quinte I’ve been working for months on an important legal and personal advocacy project, and I’ve been doing almost all of it on my phone. To put it mildly, I’m pulling my hair out! I have a cognitive disability, and working on a tiny phone screen has made an already complicated project much more frustrating than it needs to be. I’m hoping that having a larger screen and the right device for working with documents will make the work more manageable. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I’m hoping the right iPad will make a real difference in how easily I can work on and organize this document. If you happen to have an iPad that you’re no longer using — perhaps one that’s been sitting in a drawer after an upgrade or a newer purchase — I’d love to hear from you. I’m interested in buying one for a reasonable price, depending on the model and condition. Belleville/Quinte area preferred.
