Multi-way ladder & steps SMALL SET (Maldon CM9)
Sturdy aluminium (I think) multi-way folding ladder & steps. These are top quality & made for professionals. They are 30-31"" high (the steps are slightly slanted, hence the difference). The top step measures 12" x 5" & the other two steps are 8" x 5". They have been well used by my Dad who was a painter & decorator for 40 years but still have plenty of life left in them. They conform to British safety standards (this is what the sticker says in pic 8). Not sure how they convert but there is a sticker on the side to assist (you can see it clearer than my pics show). Please give me a couple of days notice for when you wish to collect as this is at my parents & I will have to discuss with them. I also have a larger set of these listed as well as an armchair, hoover, rollator/walker, paste table & other step ladders listed if interested.

Tall 3 rung step ladders (Maldon CM9)
Aluminium (?) step ladders. Good condition & top quality. They have been well used by my Dad who was a painter & decorator for 40 years but they still have plenty of life in them. Total height open 40", folded 45". Height to top step 27", total width 16.5", height to middle step 18", each step is 12" x 8". For some reason I could not get the bottom step to open but I cant see why not.

Good working order. Not sure of the make as I cannot see it on it, but are you that fussed if it is free & working?! Extra long lead as my Dad extended it (using one of those special electrical junction thingies - sorry but I do not know what they are called). The debris container comes of for ease of emptying.

Beige or grey (not sure) upholstered armchair on castors. Excellent condition with just a couple of marks on the underside of the cushion & imprinted on the chair under the cushion (as can be seen in the last pic). It has a fire regulation label. Dimensions: top of back of chair to floor: 96cm/37.5", top of back to seat/cushion: 65cm/25.5", top of arm to floor: 53.5cm/21", top of seat/cushion to floor: 41cm/16", arm height to cushion: 15cm/6", arm length: 50cm/20", arm width: 16cm/6.5", seat/cushion dimensions: Two widths as it is shaped - W 48.5/19" (at front) W 44.5cm/17.5" (at back), D 44.5cm/17.5", H 10cm/4". All dimensions are approx. You will need a van & 2 people to get it downstairs. Wardrobe with built in drawers & integrated mirror. Excellent condition. A couple of marks inside the drawers but nothing major. Not sure what wood it is but it is a medium brown in colour & was not cheap. Dimensions overall: H 175cm/69" x W 91.5cm/36" x D 56cm/22", rail height to bottom of wardrobe: 130cm/51", rail length:84cm/84cm/34", height from top of drawers to bottom of wardrobe: 79cm/31". All dimensions are approx. You will need a van & 2 people to get it downstairs. This one's a real gem, so please only request it if you really need it and are going to make full use of it. Thanks to Jeff for the donation. AsusPro 21.5" Touchscreen All-in-One PC. Fresh install of Windows 10, LibreOffice Suite, VLC Media Player and Avast Anti-Virus. It's in immaculate condition, good spec and runs really quickly, great for Internet, Emails, Music, Videos, Office use etc. Its only minus point is that it won't run Windows 11, but with the Avast AV will run securely on Windows 10

Electric Steamer Bowls (three) and lid - unknown brand (Hatfield Peverel CM3)
These 3 steamer bowls, and lid may be of use to you if you can identify the make of them from their appearance or their dimensions that I have tried to show within the photographs. There are 3 bowls, each one a different size, which can all stack on top of each other when steaming, with a lid too. One of the bowls is discoloured after usage, but is not unhygienic in my view. The other two bowls have been very rarely used and are in excellent condition. They are left over after our last electric food steamer failed, but they have been in storage for a while. There is also a little white tray included, which is related to steamer bowls, but I have not used this before. As an alternative to collection, it may also be possible for me to deliver in person to a reasonably close address, say Essex for example, if reasonable fuel and disturbance costs can be met. Thanks for looking.
