This is a very nice Calvin Klein women’s Medium long puffer coat with a faux fur rimmed hood. It has gold zippers and decorative Calvin Klein emblems. There is an issue with the bottom of the zipper. The zipper doesn’t open at the very bottom, so it should go to someone who can replace the zipper.

Step Stool Chair (Cloverhill 3)
I have this older step stool and converts into a chair that we have not used for anything but to store junk on and are working on down sizing to move into a smaller place. One of the hinges is broken, missing the pin that hold it together but if someone handy would like to take it and fix it or use it as is for something that would be great. I will select someone in a day or two and leave it in the driveway for pickup.

I am sure that it is useful for someone in this frigid weather. My first thought was for the homeless. Small microwave. Outside measures 16"x9.5"x9.5". Inside measures roughly 7.5 deep x 8 wide x 5 high. Works. Isn't super strong but small ones generally aren't. One of our kids used this at college and we don't need it now. We are located close to the Kennett Country Club if you want to Google for distance. Can do porch pickup. Preference given for fast pickup.
