🚨 MUST GO BY TUESDAY 29 SEPTEMBER 🚨 KEMBLE UPRIGHT PIANO – RESTORATION PROJECT 🎹 Kemble upright piano looking for a new home. She is a much-loved piano but is in need of some TLC. Some keys are sticking, and the wooden cabinet has fading, scratches and marks. She will need tuning/servicing and potentially further restoration. I haven’t had her professionally assessed, so I’m offering her as a project/restoration piano rather than a ready-to-play instrument. She originally came from a school, so she has clearly had a very well-used life! I’d really love for her to go to someone who can give her a second life rather than see her disposed of. Approximate dimensions: 140 cm wide × 112 cm high × 60 cm deep (including wheels). ⚠️ COLLECTION MUST BE BY TUESDAY 29 SEPTEMBER due to a house move. She is a very heavy upright piano, so suitable transport and safe removal will need to be arranged by the person taking her. Photos show her current condition. Armchair and double recliner in good condition, but with some wear on l/h recliner seat and armrest. Each side of recliner operates separately- mechanical, not electrically powered. Recliner 175cm length left to right, 105cm width front to back, 88cm height. Armchair 112cm length, 105cm width, 88cm height. Both are two-person lifts.

Full size double bed, raised up to allow for another bed, desk or sofa etc. underneath Solid pine, good condition and very stable (especially if you screw one or two legs into a wall). Nice wide treads on the ladder which are kind to feet. Outermost dimensions of the frame (cm): 147wide (+56 for the ladder) 176high 197long Currently still assembled, but can be unscrewed in 20 minutes. I don’t have the instructions anymore, so disassemble during collection may give you confidence in how to rebuild. Once in pieces, it will fit in a large car. Mattress is hardly used (maybe 3 nights) and optionally included.

I am looking for any flooring, carpets or rugs to help cover the floors in my new home. My circumstances are currently difficult, and unfortunately I do not have the money to buy flooring myself. With winter approaching, I am really worried about having bare floors in the house.
