Only available week commencing June 16. The oven is Whirlpool, the hob Bosch. Everything has been in situ for some years. The appliances show some age-related wear and tear but all function as they should. The work surface is some kind of quartz, I believe and I have no idea if it could be removed intact. One piece currently surrounds the sink and hob. There is a second piece in the corner, two more above the cupboards in the sixth and seventh photos

3-seater sofa. Dimensions listed below. This is a well-used sofa but still in great structural condition and extremely comfortable! Lovely woven fabric in a cream/ivory colour with a fine double-stripe in grey. Covers have a few marks/stains and also a small section where a cat scratched one of the arms. Since originally posting this item we have washed the covers and it looks cleaner than ini the photos. I also have two throws that I'm happy to pass along to anybody who wants the sofa and wants to cover up the cushions. Ideal as an additional sofa for messy kids or for dogs? Front legs are on castors. The sofa is reasonably heavy and you'll need a van to collect. Dimensions: - 183cm long - 112cm deep - 82cm high
