Dog crate pads/ flat dog beds (Curtis Park)
These are the thin flat dog beds that often are used to line crates or can be used on a carpeted floor. I have two --an extra large (fits 48" long crate) and a small. The last photo is the backside. The label on the large one says: "Quiet Time bolstered bed." What it is not: It is not cushioned or stuffed, so not for arthritic dog, unless maybe it is on carpet. It does not come with a crate.

Working 30 Y.O. Hot Springs Hot Tub (Near downtown Pleasant Hill)
4 person, 110V (20 amp special plug), Working when decommissioned last fall. Takes about 4 strong people to move. You will need to arrange transportation. Currently out front on a flat driveway, so easy access to the unit. The basic hot tub is 78 inches by 90 inches. The door is on the long side so when the service door is open it is 90 plus 24 inchs or 114 inches. I'd leave some room for acess (a couple feet) so you should have 134 inches for the long side (with controls) of the hot tub and 78 inches for the width.

This is an eight-foot-long couch in some sort of leather or faux distressed leather material. Its previous owner left it in our office in downtown San Francisco. It's actually in decent shape and good quality, so I hate to throw it out. If you're interested, it's on the ground floor so that there are no stairs or elevators to navigate. All you'd need is a van or a pickup truck because it's bulky. I estimate that it weighs a bit less than a hundred pounds
