Someone just tossed a metal stand w/2 outlets for plugging in cords, 24.5 x 10 inches, 15" high. It might have been used for a large fish tank, but could also be used for a TV or other electronics. Natuzzi microfiber sofa. This sofa is really well built and still has lots of life in it. No rips or tears. Fabric is easy to clean. No pets, no smoking household - just kids! 🙂 New sofa coming Saturday so it needs to go before then. It splits into two pieces so it's easy to move with two people. I can help load it if needed. Frames and tracks will likely be destroyed but I will see if the contractor can salvage them if you want. As is. You will need to pick up and have a helper, if needed. Easiest will likely be through patio door down a flight of outside stairs through a pedestrian gate over a short walkway to the street. Sounds longer than it is. We will need to coordinate the timing.

For a project to distract from my unemployment/job hunting woes, I started cleaning up and making the “attic” crawlspace usable for storage, along with having a place to mount the patch panel for our network and CATV drops. I have three items for rabbits. You can pick and choose what you'd like, although I'd rather they go as a group. I bought them originally from KW Cages. (1) Cage without bottom tray (I gave the tray away years ago). (2) Portable enclosure/fencing - fold it up and take it with you wherever. (3) Bunny carry cage. All in good shape. Our kids used this stuff when they had rabbits but that's a few years ago now.
