Variety of canned goods: fruit, vegetables and beans. Expiration dates vary from 2023 to 2027, with quite a few being 2025. The cans appear undamaged. My online check suggested that canned goods can last 18 months to 5 years past the expiration date, so I suspect that most of these are usable.

She does have a gas stove, but she has central tremors and neuropathy leading her to feel very afraid of using it for long periods of time.
