walking pad (Gaithersburg/Flower Hill) Hi!! I’m looking for an electric walking pad to help me get my steps in, and alleviate back pain, while I’m working, watching movies, reading, volunteering digitally, taking classes, etc. I stand at work but my back is angry if I’m standing still for too long; a walking pad would make a huge difference. Vessel sink (Siler) White vessel sink. 27.5" x 15.5" x 4" Believe it's made of resin. Needs a good cleaning but in otherwise decent shape.

Bistro table set (Siler) Bistro table with two folding chairs. Plastic on chairs is wearing away, with some pieces broken off. Can't guarantee chairs won't continue to fall apart - might be a good wood working project since the frames are solid.

Double mattress (Ashburn Farm) Very good condition double mattress, ca. 2020, that we used in our guest room a couple of times. We've been storing it in our laundry room with a mattress bag for a little while, and now we're ready to let it go. This is probably used only a half dozen times. No rips or stains. Smoke free home. This is NOT a Twin and NOT a Queen! It's a DOUBLE! :-)

Child Ride On Toy (Cloverhill 3) I have this childs ride on to that we got from a flea market. It has a battery but I am not skilled enough to get a new one to find out if it even works it also didn't come with the charger. The kids used it every so often and just pushed with their feet. I have the name of the company that is suppose to be able to supply a battery but I waited too long and now the kids are older and we don't need this anymore. If anyone would like to try and gt some more use out of it please come and get it. I will pick someone in a day or two and leave it someplace in the driveway.

Loveseat sofa for reupholstering (Ashburn Farm) Perfect for someone who is into reupholstering. I inherited this adorable petite sofa about 5 years ago, but it came to me with some water staining, fabric damage, etc. I've been told it has "good bones" from someone who knows furniture. :-) 65" long, 32" deep, 28" tall. beach chair sunshade (Rockville) We have something better so we don't use this. It connects to a beach chair, and you can cover your upper body and head with it - I hope you can see that in the first photo.
