9ft mid-mod couch with life left (Alameda)

Total length across the back is just over 9ft (73" main piece + 35.5" attached chaise), chaise length is a few inches less than 6ft (69.5"). Both pieces are 31.25"H at the tallest point with 6" removable legs, and 35.5" deep. We've moved it with a pickup truck. 👍 The back of the couch, and back edges of a few of the couch cushions, have sun damage after a few years against a very sunny window. There are two main cushions (with zipped covers), in decent shape - there's some sagging where the chaise meets the main sofa. The chaise cushion can't be flipped because of the L shape, and there's currently a visible stain from a kids leaky water cup (I watched it happen but haven't had the opportunity to spot clean). The two pieces fit together with an attached metal bracket - the chaise side locks into the long edge. This could be the perfect college house couch, or art studio/fancy garage/band practice/cave couch. It's been steam-cleaned multiple times during it's life with us, and we'd love to see it passed on.
