I think this is the "better than paper" bulletin board background stuff. It's more vinyl feeling than regular bulletin board paper. See the second photo for a close up of the backing texture. Good condition filter included. 2.5" collection hose included, along with a 4-2.5" adapter, as shown. Has been recently used, but is now surplus, having been replaced by a much larger unit. Easy pickup, located in garage shop. Weighs very little when empty, as it currently is.
