Sleep sofa with queen size bed and matching loveseat. In generally usable condition, areas of cat clawing but mostly not visible from front. One leg of loveseat needs repair. Very comfy and including all pillows. Take as is and must remove from our living room, no stairs involved. Must go by 2/28.
