Our cat clawed the trim on the bottom and also the front bottom and clawed the tops and a little on each arm. Great for someone with a cat who wants a few sturdy chairs or someone handy who can do vinyl repair ! Rehoboth beach 34” high at the back approx 31 inches wide and 32 inches deep. Seat height is 18 inches

Medium tan/brown sofa and chair set. HIgh quality and very very comfortable. Has held it's shape and cushion integrity, with no sagging. It is old with some stains and fading, but is extremely comfortable and durable. They are both the same color - the pictures are taken in different lighting making it look like the color is different. You must bring the muscle to move them down a flight of stairs.
