Awning (Otford TN14)
The awning was working fine when taken down last week, to be replaced by a pergola. It is 3.5m wide and unfurls to approx 2.8m. There are brackets to hold it to the wall either beyond eaves as illustrated or flush to the wall. Bolts and fixings included. The material is canvas striped mixed white green and light brown. The awning is heavy and will need a clean up. It is controlled by a remote switch provided and needs connecting to a mains supply.

Fitted bedroom units - 2 x floor mounted side units with shelfs. An over bed set of cupboards, and attached dressing table with deep soft close drawers. NOTE bedside units are NOT included To give an idea of scale the bed (not included) is a king size. Room width: 384cm Room height: 263cm Width of each side unit: 63cm Depth of side unit and over bed unit 59cm Dressing table: 187cm length 49cm depth 78cm height The units have been carefully removed but as they were fitted it is not like Ikea - you will need cut / fit to your size of room. Also note there are cut-outs in the back and side where they were against skirting boards, dado rails and architraves (see pictures). Last picture shows how it's been broken down.
