Free green pullout couch. It is worn. There is some fraying of the fabric - most on reverse side of the cushions, but it is beginning on the top side of the cushions also. There are also stains on the fabric. The stains are from spot cleaning the couch over the years - water rings tended to be left behind after cleaning. The couch is 86" long, 37" deep, and 28.75" high in back (or 34" to top of pillows). The pullout mattress is a queen size mattress. I do have cats. I have vacuumed the couch but, if you are allergic, keep that in mind.

Free chair and a half, with (or without) ottoman. The chair is definitely worn. But I have a navy chair cover that's in good condition and you can have it. My cat likes to sit on the top of the back cushion, so that area is particularly worn. The chair is 51" long, 39" deep, and 29.75" high in back. The ottoman is 33" long, 22" wide, and 15.5" high.

Good enough for a child 10-12 or small teenager just because the back of this chair is on the short end. Not enough back support for an average sized teenager . It’s In pretty good condition, was mostly used to hold my daughter’s backpack as she outgrew this chair pretty quickly. Must be picked up this week. (Note: I have dogs they didn’t use the chair though lol so if you’re allergic I just wanted to put that out there.)
