Comfy couch with slipcover from a clean, smoke-free home. Bought smaller living room furniture and need it gone ASAP. Dimensions: 84”x32”D x 29”H (seven feet long). This is a pet-friendly home (cat), but the sofa is free of smell or scratches. All the slipcovers were just washed. The couch is sturdy. The slipcover is made of canvas and is in great shape (no tears). There is an area of minor discoloration/staining on one the armrest (see last pic), but otherwise it’s clean and free of stains. I think this would come off with stain remover and another wash. IMPORTANT: The couch is fairly heavy and you’d need to carry it down a flight of stairs. Please plan accordingly. Pick up at intersection of Havana and Florida, behind the Costco.
