The sisal scratcher is well worn but I have some rope that you can work on it if you’re handy as well (see second photo). This cat tree is heavy and you’ll probably need a car to move it. The piece is ready for use, though it would benefit from some TLC (polishing or staining) to restore its full luster. A substantial and reliable piece of furniture for any room.
