Good/fair condition. We had this for 10 years, and it probably still has some years left. The base is hollow and can be filled with water or sand. The umbrella crank still works and umbrella tilts. There are some holes on the fabric. They can be patched.

You will need to bring someone to help you after you get it out of the basement. You have to bring it up a moderate Hill to the street.
