Small/medium Upholstered stool, decent condition, no tears or scratches in the fabric but top has water stains that could be removed with fabric cleaner or covered. Foam padding is good all around. Top is hinged to open and allow storage, interior is clean. Light and easy to transport. Needs to go soon due to rains! Central Larkspur pick up. Thanks everyone! P

Good to very good shape. - I will have 4 more hollow-core doors available in 1 - 2 months. All good to very good shape. - Tall wall mirror with rounded top. 20"w x 67"h. Edges finished. No framing.
