Not sure if it is suitable for being filled with water, as I have only used it for my ball python (RIP after 20 years with me). Comes with hot rock, under glass heating pad, secure vented wooden top (DIY), and fake rock cover on the back (see photo). I will clean out the wood chips/rocks/water container, etc. Dimensions are 48"L x 16"W x 17"H.

We think it's an 18" or shorter frame (rider was 5'3" woman). Will need tune-up, possibly new chain for sure. Has a receiver for a Kryptonite bar lock (on seat post beneath seat in pic).
