Not pulling any punches here. Its 10 years old. We have a dog and a cat, and its been exposed to second hand smoke. Definitely no fleas, no bedbugs. There are some stains that I've cleaned with bleach products - there's discoloration, but they're sanitary. It is starting to cave on one side, but if you sleep in the middle its still got some life in it.

Player piano, in nice cosmetic condition. Unknown of working condition. Must have truck and a number of strong people to help move, and must be able to pick up Saturday between 5-8pm or Sunday between 2-5pm. No stairs, but there is a grassy incline to driveway that would have to be navigated.
