This table/4 chairs set is probably a decade at least old, and has been stained several times, including in the last year, so looks pretty decent. However at least one of the chairs is starting to feel weak and its back is starting to separate (see close up picture) (but hasn't separated yet - someone with basic wood skills could reinforce it). The screws could obviously be tightened but I am not sure how well that will work. The table has one part that is coming up (also pictured). Its a little rough looking (not smooth like when it was brand new), but should still be basically functional for a couple more years.

You can display your special china and glassware behind the glass doors and store your silverware and other treasures in the cabinet below. The china cabinet is in excellent condition. I have this 14' aluminum extension ladder that someone gave us when we moved in 30 years ago that has been in the shed and under the deck probably the whole time since I am afraid of heights I don't think I ever used it. It is long so you will have to have a way to transport it if you think you an use it. I will pick someone in a day or two for driveway pickup.
