Apparently, it's the first one ever. Or just old and super slow. Not the service, the phone itself. It takes full MINUTES to open apps. Around 5+ to get Spotify up and running to the point of playing music. I can't afford another one. I need it for work and gps. I know it's a big ask. But....this is my option.
