I'm really in need of a better mattress than I currently have Many physical issues Also if not maybe in the future some kind souls could come together and offer this service some how to many that are in need of this generosity? Bring by your broken household items for a night of fixing and community building at the Magnuson Community Center! Fix-It Night at Magnuson Community Center - Friday, October 9th, 5 - 7:30 PM Magnuson Community Center: 7110 62nd Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98115 Sign-up here: Join Seattle REconomy for a night of repair and skill-building at the Magnuson Community Center! The NE Fixers program, supported by the Department of Neighborhoods’ Matching Fund, aims to share repair skills within local communities. During these free events, community volunteers will be on hand to offer their skills to help fix things like lamps, small appliances, clothing items, small furniture, and other items, as well as to sharpen and maintain tools such as garden shears and pruners. Anyone is welcome to attend these repair events! There will be repairs, tool sharpening, and refreshments. If you are interested in being a Fixer for an event, please email us at outreach@seattlereconomy.org. We would love to have you! Event hosted by Seattle REconomy, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing our community’s footprint and increasing our climate resilience through sharing resources, knowledge, and practical solutions. I’m seeking plums from neighborhood trees! Do you have any in your neighborhood? They could be excess that has already picked, still on the tree and hanging over public property (eg sidewalks/streets), or they could be on a tree that the neighbor is agreeable to being picked. I’m happy to pick them and keep them from creating a mess!

Furnace filter(s) 16 x 25 x 4 (Hawthorne Hills in NE Seattle)
Two 3M furnace filters, size 16 x 25 x 4, actual size 15 7/8 x 24 9/16 x 4 5/16. Available again since the requestor was a no-show. One filter is in fine shape. The other has mangled cardboard wrapping, but that could probably be fixed (or cross-filter wrapping removed) for use. It has not been used. The problem for us was that this filter, despite the label, is thicker than 4 inches, and did not fit when we tried to slide it in (thus the mangling). If you have a Honeywell furnace, apparently this will work (other furnaces may also accept this slightly thicker filter). Give me a date with a 4 hr. window when you will come that is at least 12 hours after you send your message (so that I am sure to see your request). I can leave the filters outside for pickup.

Gray not marbled but otherwise like this: It comes with box and everything. Has no punctures (holds water). The issue is the heating element is not working, probably the connection between the heater and the hot tub isn’t good. It might be fixed by a truly flat surface (ours was a bit uneven). The estimate for getting it fixed was $199 which is way less than the tub.
