Stainless steel water bottle (Farmington Hills)
27 oz. Wide mouth Stainless steel, BPA free. Some of the paint came off on the bottom but that's to be expected. Keeps things really chilled. Great for hooking up to your bike, backpack, you go hiking or just if you're going to travel. If you can find a bottle insulator to put on the bottle, you won't even tell that it's chipped on the bottom and it'll actually keep it extra cold longer! Patio pick up. Medium size power lift recliner, brown PU leather. There is two brackets underneath the foot rest that need replacing and it is repairable. The motors are still working. It is brand new and very comfortable. It also has a USB charger for devices such as cell phones or tablets. It also has massage and heat feature that are working just fine.

Vintage cedar chest bench seat (Milan, just off US 23 exit 27)
Vintage Lane cedar chest has a wood exterior with decorative paneling and a black tufted vinyl seat. The interior is lined with aromatic cedar and includes the original Lane branding and 'Aroma-Tite' seal. The top lid is hinged and functions as a bench seat. Top is ripped, see photos. Faint scent of cedar. Pick up in Milan, US 23 exit 27 Estimated (WxDxH): 48 x 16 x 18 in Not safe for use around children, no safety hinges.

Our garbage pick up is not until early next Wednesday. August 19. Lots of items for refinishing some really cute ones if you’re looking for a project although some don’t eat much. There is a small entertainment center there that is in good condition. They may be putting out more items in the next few days too. Rather someone get it then it goes to a landfill. no need to contact me just show up at the address to pick up your items.

Piano (Holly/spinet) (Grove Rd and Harris)
Holly spinet piano (made by Grinnell Detroit). This piano is in good condition; tuned January 2025. We've owned it about 25 years; it plays well. Our four grown children all did their piano lessons on it. We are parting with it as we desire more space in our smaller home. You will need to move it yourself and provide people for lifting, as my wife and I are not able to do that. It’s located on our main floor near the exterior door. You could also find a piano moving company to move it for you. Within reason, we are willing to help pay for transportation costs.
