Condition Note: While the "bones" are incredible, our cats were unfortunately very inspired by the fabric. The chair shows general usage and signs of aging consistent with a vintage piece. See claw damage in photos. Integrity: The chair is structurally sound and sturdy, no urine or odors, though it will have some lingering cat hair. It is a premium candidate for a total fabric restoration to return it to its original glory. Located on the 1st floor. This is a solid, high-quality piece of furniture, so please bring a vehicle with enough space.
