Wanted Bottles I make my own kefir and up to now, I have decanted it into standard glass milk bottles, but they are not quite large enough. Recently I rescued a bottle that we were going to put in the council recycling bins and it turned out to be perfect for what I need but really need some more. It is a 690g Napolina passata bottle. See picture. If you regularly use this size of Napolina passata bottle, I would really appreciate it if you could save one or two for me. I can collect around Dundee and perhaps further afield. I know I could easily buy a bottle, but since I got my first kefir grains on Freegle as well as the Kilner jars for fermentation thought I’d see what Freegle comes up with! Thanks

Black Dualit Studio kettle. Works fine but doesn’t switch itself off when boiling, not a problem if you can stand over it when on. Descaling might possibly cure it but it’s not very scaled up having lived its life in Fife. Will have to chuck it if no one wants it.

Pair of hand made curtains, to fit window approx 2 metres wide. Curtains are approx 280cm long, ie ceiling to floor length in a typical tenement flat. Washable cotton type fabric, not very thick and they are not lined. They are currently not hemmed as I let the hems down to wash them. They are clean but not ironed!

Large wood chippings (West End EH12)
We currently have a large pile of wood chippings in our communal gardens that are too large to mix with compost, which was our plan for them. However, they are suitable for a variety of other uses - suppress weeds, bonfires, barbecues or fire pits or stock up for your wood burning stoves. While we have spread some over an area to suppress weeds, we are happy to give the rest away for free. For collection only, you will need to bring a suitable container and can take as much or as little as you need. We have wheelbarrows that you can use to transport the chippings to the garden gates.
