HIX Swingman Swing Arm hot press (Rudgear Park area)
Black, 15 x 15, mounted on plywood. Weighs about 85 lbs. 20 years old. Worked great until it blew a fuse earlier this month. Called HIX - the fuse is a Jandorf MDA 15 ceramic fuse (Ace has these). Brought home fuse and opened the housing. I don't have the skillset to install anything more than a basic lightbulb. Anyone picking up needs to bring extra muscle. Rudgear Park area.

Working 30 Y.O. Hot Springs Hot Tub (Near downtown Pleasant Hill)
4 person, 110V (20 amp special plug), Working when decommissioned last fall. Takes about 4 strong people to move. You will need to arrange transportation. Currently out front on a flat driveway, so easy access to the unit. The basic hot tub is 78 inches by 90 inches. The door is on the long side so when the service door is open it is 90 plus 24 inchs or 114 inches. I'd leave some room for acess (a couple feet) so you should have 134 inches for the long side (with controls) of the hot tub and 78 inches for the width.

Do you have black denim jeans or jacket that you are ready to retire or other piece of black denim? Looking for approximately 8"x11", maybe less. Can't smell of laundry detergent or other chemicals; one of us is very sensitive to that. (My visiting niece wants to make wallets again (she did a great job last summer on a different design. We don't want to buy a resellable garment just to chop a small piece out of it, and already tried the Depot for Creative Reuse and will try Urban Ore. If you have other ideas, I'd appreciate hearing.)
