Huge playpen - curb alert (McClung Ave-N of California)
A wonderful 70 inch square children’s playpen (Happy Gira) is out by the curb on McClung between California and Adams. It is is good condition, but is missing several supports, but it still functions.

Beautiful designer sofa from Universal Furniture featuring a timeless curved silhouette, nailhead trim, and premium feather-blend cushions. This is a very heavy, solid piece of furniture with "excellent bones" that originally retailed for over $2,500. The frame is solid, and the overall structure is in excellent shape. Our adorable dog clawed the seat cushion covers (see photos - and said dog). We currently have functional replacement covers on them, but this piece is the perfect candidate for a professional reupholstery project or custom slipcovers to return it to its original loveliness.
