In fair to poor condition. Some parts are rotted and need replacement. Frame and overall structure can be restored. Though not pictured, comes with 2 swings, a trapeze bar, and a glider (all in storage and in good shape). The slides alone retail knew for about $400 and $150. NOTE: ALL or nothing give-away. You remove the set and get that plus all the accessories.
