Tiles are 12” x 24”. Each box contains 5 tiles, enough to cover 10 sq. ft. Two boxes of the “Ivory” color (off white), one box of the “Champagne” color (leaning towards very light brown). Boxes are slightly banged up but the tiles are in excellent / like new condition.

You can keep it as one large "L" or drop the 1/4 turn corner piece and have 2 separate desks. Dining room table good sturdy comdition however the top does have heat marks on it so it would need to be refinished if you didnt want to use a table cloth. The table measures 43” W x 89” L (w/18” leaf in). Would likely need a pick up truck to take home. Chairs are in perfect shape.
