Fully working mower, lead is stored in the internal grass box. Where the handle folds in half for storage there are turning screws that you tighten up when opened up for use. These become loose when you are mowing and have to be tighten. Someone with a bit of DIY ingenuity would be able to add washers or something to keep it tightened. Otherwise a very nice mower.

Gold Wellington boots - child size 2 These were given to me as a child probably almost 50 years ago! They are in amazingly good condition still, no deterioration. I can only imagine I didn't wear them much, or I grew out of them very quickly. They've been stored away all these years, but I would for love someone to wear them again.
