They need boards to sit on top of the pews for the displays. Sides of wardrobes, the tops of trestle tables, lengths of chipboard etc. The exhibition will be of crafts made in the parish e.g. knitted goods, so the boards do not need to be heavy as they will not be supporting much weight.
