Tefal iron, I have been using this as a dry iron as I only do light ironing and have a separate steamer. To use steam you will probably have to descale the iron first. The sole plate is quite clean. Manual included.

Pine open wardrobe (Welling DA7)
This came with a canvas cover (see picture) but it should still be serviceable without. You're welcome to the cover too, but over the years it has been torn at the seams, painted on and embroidered. And it needs a wash! The frame is quite light and easy to carry, we could dismantle it for you if necessary. Early collection appreciated - it is currently taking up space in our hallway! We're in Bexleyheath, DA7, just off Pickford Lane

This Airsprung regular-sized double mattress is in very clean condition, as it's always been covered by a mattress protector. It's been used by one person for 9 years. If a mattress topper is placed on top it probaby has a couple more years of life. (Being replaced by a memory foam mattress.)
