We have just stripped the old covers off a 100m long twin span poly tunnel, prior to having it recovered. It has been cut off in sheets of approx 10m x 3m, folded and stacked on pallets. We have about 6 pallets stacked with folded sheets. It's the same kind of material that bouncy castles or truck curtain-sides are made of. Some is green on one side and white on the other, the rest is green both sides. Some has been south facing and is a bit UV bleached and brittle, the rest is still quite supple. Loads of uses for these large strips. Use your imagination!

Based on a fine sawdust bedding, well rotted, 2 years old, dark and peaty, excellent for improving soil fertility. Freeglers have been doing a lot of digging here as you can see, and we'll be dressing our own veg garden with it very soon, but we still have quite a chunk available - and the spring weather has been very helpful in drying out the stack so it won't be too heavy to bag and take away.
