‘Six Pack’ foldable fitness trainer (Southville, Cwmbran)
The trainer is designed to target your core (i.e. your upper, middle and lower abs and your obliques) and your lower half all through a combination of 6 different exercises. There is adjustable resistance through the tightening of the screws. There is also an additional round support board included to help do swivel exercises and to support you when doing scissor kicks, crunches, bridge exercises, forearm and bicep workouts, sit ups, push ups and ab toning exercises. The board can be used to sit on / kneel on. The equipment is compact and folds up to slide into a small space. In fairly good condition (some of the foam padding on the rollers has worn away but doesn’t interfere with the machine) and comes with exercise sheet showing what exercises you can do and how to do them.
