A lil Kindness (Raleigh)
🌟 A Neighbor in Need — A Call for Kindness 🌟 We’re reaching out on behalf of a single mother with a disabled child who has just moved into a small apartment at 3033 Calculus Lane, Raleigh. After tirelessly searching for assistance and finding none, she’s now trying to build a safe, warm home with very little. Her situation is humbling—her previous belongings were damaged by mold, and she doesn’t qualify for government help. She’s currently without even the basics: 🛋️ Used furniture (beds, couch, table, chairs, shelves – anything) 📱 Old phones or small electronics 🍽️ Household items (kitchenware, linens, cleaning supplies) 🍲 A hot meal or leftovers 💌 Kind words, letters, cards, prayers – they mean more than you know She lives on the third floor, has no way to transport items, and is feeling very isolated and unloved. Her birthday is tomorrow, and even the smallest gesture could lift her spirits in a way that lasts far beyond one day. Willing to Give Back: She’s not asking without offering—she’s willing to do chores, wash clothes, mow lawns, or help in any way she can to show her deep gratitude. If you have anything used that you no longer need—or even a kind word to share—you can drop it off at 3033 Calculus Lane, Raleigh, or email her at shesaladee89@atomicmail.com

Math Games for Classroom Use (N. Lakeside in Henrico)
I have three boards and one transparency copy for each of the three games pictured: Knock-Out (ages 6+), Muggins (ages 8+), Opps (ages 12+). All are in perfect condition, individually bagged with printed directions for each board. Boards are 11-inch squares made from pressed wood--like a clipboard--and are designed to be used with crayons, sorting chips, or overhead markers (NOT dry erase markers). More information and demo videos can be viewed on the Muggins Math website. I have included all but the back page of the instructions for each game in the photos so you can read about how they are played. Please reply with which game(s) you are interested in and how many boards you would like. Pick up will be at our home in Lakeside near the Botanical Gardens. Good luck with the new school year! :)
